Christ Centered Yoga 16 Hour Teacher Training Intensives :: Christ Centered Yoga believes in sharing what God has so graciously shared with us by training instructors who then impact their communities. Training Intensives are for teachers and students and are open to believers and seekers alike. They are designed to impart ways for participants to bring themselves and their students into a personal connection with Christ by studying God's word and allowing its truth to lay the mental and spiritual foundation by which we add the physical practice of yoga. We discover the seven elements of a Christ Centered Yoga class, the four components of prayer, the benefits of yoga, faith and prayer on health, uncover God's call and our need to serve others, discuss pose form and alignment, practice cueing and review the modifications for the most common yoga poses. Discussion surrounding each topic is encouraged as participants grow by sharing experiences of God's living word among the group. Training Intensive participants receive a Christ Centered Yoga illustrated manual which includes class formats utilizing scripture and examples of scripturally based guided visualizations, a Christ Centered Yoga Teacher Training Completion Certificate and a Christ Centered Yoga logo t-shirt.
