Ocean Yoga will be hosting the JAYA Spring Meeting on March 7th from 4pm- 6pm.
      Join your fellow Jacksonville Area Yoga Teachers and help promote yourselves & support your peers!  Bring info about your upcoming workshops & as always, we love seeing old and new faces, so bring a fellow yoga teacher! 

Heather Hixon has created a new online social network for Jacksonville Yogis & Yoginis called Jacksonville Yoga! Sign up to keep in touch & utilize this as another way to promote your yoga offerings.

New Upcoming Yoga Related Workshops:
March 14th from 3-6pm "Fnding Inner Stillness" Meditation & Yoga Workshop with Lauren Amerson at Renaissance Healing Center 228 3rd Ave North, Jax Beach.  In this workshop, Lauren will utilize meditation, pranayama, aromatherapy, yoga & relaxation to facilitate and guide you into an experience of inner stillness.
