Below is our yoga schedule for September:

Movement for Peace:

When: Sundays at 10:00am, Sept. 6th, 20th, 27th (M Body Yoga is teaching Sunday, September 13th).
On September 20th, we will celebrate the Global Mala and the class will include live music with Joseph Triolo
Where: Cobalt Moon - Water Studio at 214 Orange Street in Neptune Beach
Details: A class for all levels and a great way to start your week. This is a donation based class - recommended $5 per person and proceeds go to charities

Power Vinyasa Flow:

When: Every Monday at 5:30 pm, September 21st and 28th
Where: Power Yoga – San Marco South, 3825 Hendricks Ave., just south of Emerson
Details: This is a Vinyasa Flow class and the studio is heated to about 85 degrees. Open to all levels. For more information go to www.yoga-power.com

Also, we will be doing a Global Mala Celebration in support of UN Peace Day. The class will be held at the lululemon athletica store at the St. Johns Town Center on Saturday, September 19th from 8:30 to 10:00am which will include 108 sun salutations! Don’t worry, we do 4 sets of 27 salutations with a separate pause and dedication for each set so it’s not 108 in a row. This is a fun (and challenging) event. Call the store at 645-7904 to reserve your spot.

We hope to see you all soon.
